This peaceful complex consists of a 17th century farmhouse and four purpose built cottages. It is set in spacious grounds on the Norfolk/Suffolk borders.
One can make interesting excursions in any direction, north to Norwich, Sandringham and the broads, east to the coast for bird watching at Walberswick, Dunwich and Minsmere, for candyfloss and funfairs at Great Yarmouth and Lowestoft or for music at Snape, south to Constable country, Lavenham and Clare and west to the Brecklands, Cambridge and Newmarket.
Originally a working farm, Ivy House Farm was converted to holiday accommodation in 1989 and The Stables cottages were added a year later. Owl Cottage was built in 1997 to a traditional wooden framed cottage design with downstairs bedroom and disabled facilities achieving a Level 2 status.
All the accommodation is owned and managed by Paul and Jackie Bradley, who live on site and you are assured of a relaxed and informal stay with the best of care.
We are proud that all of our properties have achieved a 4 star rating from Visit Britain and our on site facilities and entertainment have always been to the highest standard which, combined with varied and interesting day trips across the local region make for a great holiday experience.
