Terms and Conditions
Payment:
Booking will only be confirmed on receiving payment either in full or a deposit.
If booking less than 30 days from the commencement of your holiday, please pay in full. Final payment should always be paid no less than 30 days before the commencement date. Cheques should be made payable to 'P.R.Bradley'.
Confirmation:
Once confirmation is received the hirer is responsible for the full-published price, therefore it is recommended that insurance is taken out to cover cancellation.
Cancellation:
In the event of cancellation the hirer is still liable for the holiday unless the accommodation can be re-let for the same period. If you feel we have failed to supply an essential /or useful piece of equipment, or the property does not match up to expectations in anyway please inform either of us directly & immediately. Hopefully we can then rectify the situation before it spoils your holiday.
Amenities and User's personal belongings:
The use of all the cottage and their amenities are at the user's risk and no responsibility can be expected for loss, injury or damage to the users, their guest and/or belongings.
Hirer's responsibility:
The hirer is responsible for the property and its contents. All reasonable care must be taken of the property. The equipment, utensils and the property must be left clean and tidy on departure.
All damage and breakage's are the hirer's responsibility. Please advise of even small breakages so that replacements can be organised. Please if you do move furniture, put it back before you leave. If you move equipment from one cottage to another please return it before you leave. It is most frustrating for the next guests if things are missing from their cottage.
Size of party:
Under no circumstances can the maximum number of occupants be exceeded beyond those advertised and we reserve the right to refuse admittance if numbers are exceeded.
Arrival and departure times:
Please do not arrive earlier than 3pm unless previously arranged. Please do not leave later than 10am.
Pets:
Well-behaved pets are welcome, but not in the bedrooms. Dog must not be left unattended in the cottage. It is their holiday too!
Linen:
Linen is normally; Duvets, pillow case (2 pillows per person), top and bottom sheets, all beds are made up prior to arrival. Towels: Bath, hand and tea towels are provided. Cots; No linen is provided for cots.
Prices:
All prices are £ sterling and are current for the enclosed tariff.
